What to Expect Your First Visit
What to wear
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing such as fleece pants and shirts, T-shirts, shorts, and soft-soled footwear such walking or jogging shoes.
Female patients may want to wear a sports bra or sleeveless top if being treated for an upper body condition (you can change clothes in our restroom if you wish.)
Treatment process
Your therapist will begin by reviewing the medical history you provided and follow up on additional questions you both may have. They will then perform examinations to determine the factors underlying your problem and develop a customized plan to meet your needs. Together, you and your therapist will set goals and then set about accomplishing them with hands on treatments, patient education, and exercises.
